Historical Highlights

  • 1987 – Sponsored First Polish American seminar on Neonatal Care in Poznan.
  • 1989 –  Professor Twarowska and Professor Gajewska established the “ Neonatology Program” for Poland with guidance from Professor Joan Hodgman, CMCF Board member and Mother of Neonatology and Professor Michael P. Sherman.
  • 1989 – Sponsored Second Polish American seminar on Neonatal Care in Poznan.
  • ?Year CMCF funded the preparation of Neonatal Handbook between US and Polish doctors.
