Through their efforts to expand the Ukrainian program into new specializations, Yolanta Walczyk, Board member and Bjoern Martinoff, President, were able to present a new program to the CMCF Board to address a vitally needed medical training need. In 2012 CMCF supports a collaborative effort between the Rehabilitation and Treatment Center in Welichka, Poland and Children’s Clinical Hospital in Lviv, Ukraine to train 15 physicians and medical personnel.
